1981 Bollards in Amsterdam

Jim Melrose having broken his leg in a match a week before the Amsterdam ’81 tour spends most of the tour on crutches, but one night is carried as if in a coffin around Amsterdam by relays of 6 Strollers.  All goes well until Brian Hexter takes the right rear position. Not only does this make for a very lopsided trip for Jim but Brian can’t see where he is going. Whoever is in right front then comes across some metal traffic bollards which he negotiates with ease merely straddling them as does the right middle man. Brian, ever inside-leg-challenged, is left very sore stranded on the bollard.
